Community Chat Moderator

Tikva is looking for a reliable and engaged Community Chat Moderator to support and guide our growing community.

In this role you will help maintain a positive and respectful environment, answer basic questions, and ensure conversations align with our values. You will work closely with the core team and act as a trusted presence within the chat.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily community chat activity
• Enforce community guidelines in a fair and consistent way
• Support members and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Calm, professional attitude and good judgment
• Previous community or moderation experience is a plus
